Program Overview

The Transformational Leadership Program is Nebo’s flagship program. This virtual series introduces you to a powerful, elegant, and highly relevant leadership framework that can help you identify and address gaps in your understanding of leadership.

Using the Transformational Leadership Framework of Be/See/Say/Do, we will provide key distinctions about ways of being, seeing, saying, and doing that are vital to effective leadership today. The program will help you see familiar and new challenges through a new lens, opening up possibilities where you may have experienced only problems. We will address not only how to operate and navigate in today’s environment, but also how to strengthen your “inner game” so that you have the presence, resilience, stamina, and courage needed to persist and thrive as a leader.

The Transformational Leadership Program gives you the building blocks needed to upgrade your approach to leading. Concepts presented in this course will add to previous leadership education experiences, enhancing and expanding your understanding of how to lead in the volatile, uncertain, chaotic and ambiguous (VUCA) environment of today and the future.
