Navigating Difficult Conversations: Saying Hard Things Well

Program Overview

Honest communication is a key to building trust in relationships. Yet, too often, we hold back in sharing our insights, observations, and feelings, for fear of hurting a relationship. In this workshop, participants learn how to hold intentional conversations that build trust, lead to better relationships and outcomes. Participants will use real-life scenarios to practice crafting conversations that minimize defensiveness and promote greater understanding.
