Vital to the achievement of strategic priorities in a complex, fast-moving era, team leaders must continually hone skills, expand perspective, and discern how to best adapt to produce results. A team that functions well is more than an agent of change – it is also a unit of hope for an even brighter future for the organization.

Program Overview

Leading High-Performing Teams in Complex Times offers team leaders a rigorous, three-month immersive learning experience. Over the course of six 3-hour virtual sessions held every two weeks, you will dive deep into the essential frameworks of team success that generate energy, alignment, agility and results. Central to this journey is an exploration of your own executive presence and impact. You will learn how to use Nebo’s Transformational Leadership Framework to examine your way of being, seeing, saying, and doing – and how it directly shapes team culture and results.

The Leading High Performing Teams in Complex Times program blends time-tested practices, team development strategy and actionable, easy-to-grasp tools. Participants will learn to increase the trust level on their teams, establish a shared sense of purpose and urgency, stay nimble while staying focused, and to lead their teams with purpose and confidence. Beyond the core curriculum, this program is designed to leave you feeling empowered and energized about your ability to lead results through teamwork. You will build a new network of colleagues who are similarly committed to sharing what they know while learning new approaches. Additionally, you will have direct access to 1-1 conversations with the program directors to help you navigate your own team challenges.

Six 3-hour virtual live modules every two weeks, facilitated by Program Director, Nebo SVP and Team Coach Margo Street, and Nebo CEO and Team Coach Kate Ebner
A panel discussion session featuring a panel of Nebo team coaches providing an insider's view of how leaders make and break teams
1-1 mentoring from program instructors, as requested
Useful exercises to apply concepts in your own leadership and with your team between sessions
Videos to supplement live modules
Access to a learning portal with all resources and program materials
