DISC & Motivators: Leveraging Your Leadership Style to Influence with Impact
Unlock the secret to your professional impact by discovering not just how you lead, but the hidden motivators that drive why you do it.
Master the art of real-time adaptation to turn your natural behavioral style into your greatest competitive advantage.
Program Overview
Human growth begins with self-awareness. This program gives you a clear picture of your natural behavioral style - how it works for and against you. You will come away with an understanding of how to lean into the strengths of your style, tap into your values, and choose real-time adaptive strategies to be more effective with others.
Behavioral research shows that leaders who understand their strengths and limitations are better equipped to intentionally leverage their natural style while adapting to the demands of their environment. In this workshop, participants deepen their self-awareness through two powerful assessments: the DISC Behavioral Style Assessment and the Motivators Assessment (PIAV). Together, these tools offer insight into how you behave, what motivates your behavior, and how your style impacts others.
The DISC/PIAV Assessment examines behavioral preferences across four domains: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance, providing valuable insights into how you communicate, your preferred pace, how you make decisions, handle conflict and interact with others. The Motivators Assessment reveals the values that underlie your behavior, revealing the motivation behind your behavior.
Through instruction, guided reflection and discussion, you will gain a deeper understanding of both your behavioral tendencies and core motivations, enabling you to lead and collaborate with greater intention and positive effect.
