COO Roundtable: A Leadership Program for COOs
Join us to be part of a community of peers who are exploring how the COO role is changing – and how to develop as a leader who can not only keep up, but also excel in these uncharted and complex times.
Program Overview
The COO role is among the fastest changing executive roles today. The job requires not only running the organization smoothly and efficiently or executing on a strategic plan, but also “reading” the future, translating AI and other technology advancements into strategies that will enable the organization to thrive in a new era – or at least survive.
Yet, most COOs find themselves learning on the job without the benefits of leading edge knowledge, resources, or peer perspectives that could accelerate their impact in the role.
The COO Roundtable, designed for COOs of mission-driven organizations, will provide a close-up on how the COO role has changed, what today’s COO’s must know and focus on, and how to lead innovation while stabilizing their organizations.
The program is designed and delivered by renowned experts who bring a combined 30+ years of cutting edge executive experience to bear across mission-driven organizations. Nancy McGuire Choi is a three-time COO of mission-driven organizations, a trained leadership coach, facilitator and trainer for non-profit board members. Kate Ebner, co-facilitator and Nebo CEO, brings decades of experience coaching COOs to drive transformational results and build high-trust executive teams. This live virtual series will convene monthly for seven months and will be offered to a small group of COOs, capped at 20 participants.
